Care For Moms provides resources and In-Home Care Support before or after baby arrives. These resources are desperately needed by new and busy parents who may become overwhelmed trying to juggle the many responsibilities that parents today must shoulder. As a culture, mom and dads in the U.S. lack the kind of family and community support that used to be available to them.
Care For Moms is here to help foster the mother-baby bond and make the transition to an expanding family easier. Think of us a your postpartum doula, nanny, housekeeper, mothers helper and personal assistant all in one! We offer educational resources as well as in-home care services including cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, meal delivery, running errands, watching siblings of new baby and other household duties that a new or busy mom might need assistance with. We also answer doorbells of unannounced houseguests and kindly inform them if mommy and baby are sleeping.
All of our caregivers are fully insured and have been carefully selected through an extensive interview process, including background checks and reference verification. Our caregivers have also successfully completed our comprehensive training program as postpartum doulas and act as companions and advocates for the moms in their care.
Care For Moms’ mission is to preserve and support parents with educational resources, encouragement and support in the early and ongoing days of parenthood so that they may experience joy rather than uncertainty and exhaustion. We strive to be wise like mothers, hard working as sisters, and caring as best friends.
